Plan and build real bottle cap mosaics
The Standalone Version is designed for physical bottle cap mosaics: it plans around the caps you actually own, with individual quantity limits, Automatic Cap Rotation, and a Workplan that guides assembly.
Know exactly which caps your mosaic needs
A real collection is uneven: you may have 50 caps of one design but only 3 of another. The Standalone Version lets you set an available quantity for each individual cap design — your Cap Inventory — and plans the mosaic so it does not exceed what you have.
- Individual cap quantity limits — per-design Cap Inventory
- Overall and per-cap repeat control — cap repetition, at both levels
- Automatic Cap Rotation — uses each cap's natural shading and artwork
- Workplan generation — a position-by-position assembly guide
- Photo-quality output — save mosaic pictures ready for poster printing
- Physical appearance accuracy — the preview reflects the actual colors of your caps
- Demo cap library included — free and community-contributed samples to start from
A faithful physical preview
In physical mosaic mode, color adjustment is disabled. That is deliberate: when you will assemble the mosaic from real caps, the preview must show how those caps actually look — not a recolored idealization. What you see while planning is what you get on the board.
For digital artwork where color fidelity to the source photo matters more, the Online Version offers color adjustment instead.
Built for collectors and makers
Bottle-cap collectors, bar and venue owners, hobbyists, and anyone planning a real cap mosaic — from a framed portrait to a wall-sized piece.
Collectors
You already own the caps. Cap Inventory turns your collection into a plannable material, and the Workplan tells you where every cap goes.
Artists & makers
Automatic Cap Rotation exploits each cap's artwork and shading, so the assembled piece reads as an image from a distance and as caps up close.
Venues & brands
Plan logos and imagery in branded caps. Missing a design? Replica Cap Printing can fill the gaps in your collection.
One subscription includes both the Online and Standalone versions. The Standalone Version runs on Windows (macOS version coming soon) and offers a free trial before purchase.
